● 定位为突发事件应急指挥中心，相当于我省的数字“大脑”，

打造“对上有信息、对下有行动、对外有声音”的现代化指挥中枢；

● 建立起以数据为核心、以应急管理为抓手、以城市安全运行为导

向的新型省级智慧运行指挥管理中心。

● It is positioned as the emergency command center for emer-

gencies, which is equivalent to the digital "brain" of our province,

to build a modern command center with "information on the top,

action on the bottom, and voice on the outside;

● A new provincial smart operation command and management

center has been established with data as the core, emergency m-

anagement as the focus, and safe urban operation as the guide.
